Introduction:

Dr. Madiha Rehman Farooqi has been serving as a lecturer since 2021. She earned her doctorate from the Institute of the Administrative Sciences, University of Punjab. She has been associated with conventional and virtual teaching for almost 13 years in public and private sector universities. She is an active participant in local and international conferences. She has 10 publications to her credit. She is also the author of four book chapters. She is a reviewer of 2 local and 1 international journal. She is serving as an honorary member of the Pakistan Association of Public Administration. Her areas of expertise include local government reforms, public management, value co-creation, and human resource management.
